Plus up to $25,000 bonus potential. Job Id# EB-xxxxxxxx64 Responsibilities: Day to day management of a portfolio of rent controlled properties under contract Conduct viewings with potential tenants Prepare leases agreements for new tenants Prepare lease agreements for renewals Conduct background screening and referencing for tenants Conduct property inspections Arrange repairs and maintenance through company vendors Inspect properties to ensure move in ready for new tenants Deal with evictions as necessary Experience & Qualifications: 3-5 years managing a portfolio of rent controlled properties Experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of San Francisco Rent Ordinance Lease preparation Property inspections, arranging repairs, move-in/move outs Good written and verbal communication skill Ability to resolve tenant issues in a professional manner CA Real Estate License CPM preferred Bachelors degree preferred Salary: $60,000 Depending on Experience.
