Position Description
Responsible for coordinating the implementation of work unit projects.
New Product Implementation (NPI) Coordinator, Shipping and Receiving
Oracle (Purchasing Module) add (Planning and Order Management)
Technical Writing assistance on all IDP and ECO documentation / DDP / DCP / MIDF / proofing
Changes / Part Creation / Monitoring of ECO's
Source compliant parts
Inventory Control for NPI • Non -Conforming Materials, Return to Vendor for NPI development
Internal Material Requisition
Order Entry Planning, Material Transfers
Supports Chief Engineer in other project administrative activities including but not limited to tracking project direct spend, internal orders, ECO management, project schedule development and tracking
Lead daily standup reviews for assigned NPD and sustaining projects
Leads material readiness design reviews throughout the development life cycle to assure supply chains are developed and transitioned to purchasing for all new part numbers
Responsible for negotiating and ordering parts for breadboard, model, prototype and some pilot parts as part of the New Product Implementation process
Interact with manufacturing planners and facilitators to plan and implement, model and prototype build cycles
Participates in technical documentation design reviews, PDR’s, CDR’s, Manufacturing readiness reviews
Preferred: Oracle, Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Projects)
