APARTMENT MAINTENANCE
START DATE: 10/20/xxxx
LOCATION: Medford.
WAGES: Depends on experience.
REQUIREMENTS: Verifiable professional experience through a past job or training.
JOB DUTIES: Maintaining the apartment complex property. Includes power washing the parking lot and surrounding property, maintaining apartment units, repairing/ maintaining refrigerators, washers, dryers, and all other appliances, changing light bulbs around that facility, assisting with move out/ins, painting, plastering, some landscaping, unit checks, on-call assistance for tenants, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the property, and assisting with any other duties assigned per the apartment manager.
OTHER: Management is seeking a self motivated and reliable person who can perform all of the above listed job duties and continue to seek more work. The desired person would be energetic and positive, and would enjoy a position working with the tenants and the management. Reliability is the key.
APARTMENT MAINTENANCE (CLEANER)
START DATE: 10/20/xxxx
LOCATION: Central Medford
WAGES: Depends on experience
REQUIREMENTS: Verifiable professional experience through a past company. Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
JOB DUTIES: Maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment complex. Cleaning the apartments after a move out, and keeping the office, gym, and general use buildings clean and organized. Assisting the general manager and property maintenance personnel with any general tasks assigned.
PREFERED: Clean criminal history, no felonies or misdemeanors in the past 10 years.
OTHER: Management is seeking a self motivated and reliable person who can perform all of the above listed job duties and continue to seek more work around the property.
