SUMMARY: For a xxxx model year this is a nice coach. She appears to have been well cared for. Clean inside and out. She starts runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean and has NO unpleasant odors of any kind such as pet/smoke/musty etc. Carpet in cockpit living area and bedroom shows medium wear/minor blemishes and currently has plastic runners in place. Vinyl flooring throughout the rest of the coach appears to be in good condition may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Walls throughout are all clean as with any used coach some show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout all open and close properly and look good. Counter tops and dinette table appear to be in good condition. Vinyl padded dash appears to be in good condition. Large 2-piece is good. All other windows are good. Awning is brand new. TIRES: Left Front xxxx Capitol good tread no cracks; Left Rear xxxx Big O good tread no cracks; Right Rear xxxx Big O good tread no cracks; Right Front xxxx Capitol good tread no cracks.
